Totally, totally gorgeous hat! I mountain bike a lot and suffer really baaaaaad helmet hair after a ride, with this little cutie my style stays well and truly intact, its light and small enough to put in my pocket so I never get caught out. Love it, its so cute! Super fast post to the UK too! Flawless transaction from start to finish :) 100% recommended seller!!

About

All aboard the Train! Welcome to Train Wreck Clothing! ♥

Here's the scoop.... ♥ Train Wreck Clothing is my latest creative journey. Prior to this, I've been making funkadelic hobo bags on the sewing machine since 2006, selling them at crafts fairs and festivals, as well as on Etsy (since 2010) under the shop name The Hobo Train. Please check it out www.thehobotrain.etsy.com . I have successfully sent many bag all over the world through that shop, and am proud to maintain a 100% positive feedback rating. Ya baby!

Although I still enjoy making bags, I've always wanted to venture into clothing, and have dabbled a bit here and there. I started seeing different designers who were making clothes and accessories with recycled materials. It clicked! Upcycled fashion resonated with me on so many levels and I knew I would eventually start moving in that direction. So here I am!

There are so many things about upcycling that are inspiring... everything is one-of-a-kind, the materials dictate the end product, you never know what you're going to find, it's soooooo sustainable, environmentally friendly, creative, fun.... need I go on? lol It's going to be an unpredictable journey with bumps and turns and pit stops and serendipity along the way. I'm inviting you to join me on this adventure. All aboard the train! ♥

Welcome to Train Wreck Clothing! All aboard for an adventure! ♥

This is my newest Etsy shop. I also run another Etsy shop called The Hobo Train, in which I sell my funkadelic handmade hobo bags. Please visit that shop to see my 100% positive feedback rating and to see that I've been successfully operating on Etsy since 2010. Here's the link.... www.thehobotrain.etsy.com . THANKS! ♥

In the meantime....

Thank you for visiting the shop! Train Wreck Clothing is the place to shop for upcycled clothing and accessories. Here's the scoop:

Upcycled means that all Train Wreck products are made via recycling previously existing items. It is the most sustainable and eco-friendly way of creating fashion. By making use of the abundance of readily available pre-loved clothes, accessories, and other fabric items, along with some fabric scraps leftover from my other products, upcycling doesn't create a demand for new earthly resources to be used. So awesome! Upcycling breathes new life into what otherwise might be the end of the road for some items, thereby avoiding their potential fate taking up space in a landfill. When you purchase an upcycled item, you are personally helping to alleviate the demand on Mother Earth for her natural resources. It's a start! ♥

Upcycling is also about personal expression. Because my products are made with recycled materials, the end result means that each piece is one-of-a-kind. So great! There are no two pieces alike. My hope is that each piece will find its rightful owner. I believe that each item will connect with someone out there in the world, who in turn will feel like the item resonates with them and expresses an aspect of themselves in an artistic way. It's a process that is full of serendipity, magic, and surrender. All aboard the TRAIN for our next adventure together! Are you in? ♥

Thanks for taking the time to check me out! ♥

Payment
I accept paypal, money order, personal cheque, and credit card. I will only ship the item(s) after I've received full payment. Personal cheques have to be cleared by the bank before I will ship the item.

Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. If no payment has been made within 7 days and I have received no email communication, then I will cancel the sale.

If you have any difficulties with checking out or have buyer's remorse, then please feel free to contact me. I can help you process the payment or cancel the order.
Shipping
Items are shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment, and most often same-day or next-day. Please ensure that you have communicated the correct address. I will always send a confirmation email to notify you of shipment.

If an item is late arriving or declared lost, then I will always bend over backwards to make it right, whether that be via refund or item replacement. If the item never shows up, then I will need your cooperation in filing a claim with the postal service. Thank you!

I ship by surface mail (Small Packet) from Canada to the USA. Please let me know if you want to upgrade to airmail for a small additional fee. The official delivery range is 6-12 business days.

Unfortunately it is extremely expensive to ship from Canada to the USA with a tracking number. But I have found the postal service to be very reliable and have not had a lost item to date.

For international orders, I only use airmail. Please let me know if you want to upgrade or require a tracking number.

THANKS!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then I will offer a full refund or exchange minus the cost of shipping up to 14 days after you received the order. However, you will be responsible for paying the shipping to return the item to me in its original condition.

Right now I have room for a couple more, so please don't hesitate to contact me to request a price list and ordering info. You pay shipping. NOTE: I do not do consignment. THANKS!
