I have been looking online for snuggle bags for my Amelia, and I couldn't find anything I really liked.
Websites had not enough selection of fabrics, or were too expensive.
With one class of home economics in 8th grade under my belt, I went out and bought a sewing machine and some fabric.
I have been hooked ever since.

Payment
Payment is expected within 24 hours of the order. If it is not cleared, then the order will be cancelled.

If you pay via eCheck on PayPal, I will wait for it to clear before shipping your items. This can take up to 10 days.

I accept Paypal and Credit Cards via Etsy.
Shipping
I usually ship first class. Tracking numbers (if available) will be emailed to the buyer.

**Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.**

**It is illegal for me to change the value of the package in order for you to not pay duties and customs!**

***IF THE ORDER SAYS DELIVERED AND IT IS NOT: I am not responsible for that item. This has happened to me before, and my post office says to contact your post office and show the receipt (can be printed from order page). The mail carrier will reimburse you by money order.***

I am NOT responsible for issues with addresses. I take the address you give me through the order form. Please double check your order before you hit submit. Once it is out, I have no control over it.

PLEASE make sure everything is correct on your package. I cannot track down a package until it comes back to me.

If I get a package as "Insufficient Address" or other issues with parts left out, I will ask for an email to be given so I can invoice you the extra cost of shipping, or I will refund your money sans shipping costs.

PLEASE double check your address before hitting SEND, or give me a message with any changes before I ship it.

If you want a signature confirmation, please purchase the additional item under SHIPPING UPGRADES.

I will give a package 25 BUSINESS days (70 for international) before I consider it lost and gone forever (unless there are updates on the tracking number). If in that time, you do not receive it after I have sent the tracking number or an email that it was sent, I will either re-make and re-ship your order, or refund the money back to you.

If you get a notice on the door and do not pick it up within 15 days of getting the notice, it gets sent back to me. In that case, I will contact you and ask if you would like it to be resent. You will be charged the extra shipping charge.

Lost packages do not include incorrect addresses, moving, or anything else that could have been changed before I shipped your item.

Any damages caused by weather from it being left outside are not covered by me.
Refunds and Exchanges
Custom orders are non-refundable.

Other orders are refundable for 14 days after delivery date. Buyer pays for shipping back.
