A beautiful sweater in very fine condition. It is a very good buy for the money.
I heart the hunt.
I started Trap and Keep in the summer of '12 due to an overwhelming desire to share my finds with the rest of world out there. Austin has an abundant amount of thrifty vintage finds and I can't keep them all to my self. I love the act of the hunt. I actually get butterflies when I go into certain stores because I just know there is a great find or two hiding away on the rack.
What started out as a necessity due to funds, turned into some mad style on my end ;)...and now I'd like to create a business out of my obsession.
My style is laid back with a rocker edge. I also love to glam it up on occasion but tend to prefer a relaxed feel.
I hope my shop is one that you frequent often.
Thanks for supporting Trap and Keep!

Additional policies and FAQs
Vintage clothing fits differently than modern clothing, which is cut loosely to fit a wide variety of body shapes. Vintage clothing is cut much closer to the body than you may be used to. for this reason, it is important that you allow enough wearing ease to move comfortably while wearing your vintage piece. Vintage garments should always be worn with care and consideration of their age.
Use a dressmaker’s tape measure, which you can get at your local fabric store.
Measure yourself over the undergarments you plan to wear & not over your clothing.
BUST: measure over the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra.
UNDERBUST: measure around the fullest part of your ribcage, about midway between your bust and waist.
WAIST: measure around the smallest point of your waist where it naturally curves in.
HIP: measure around the fullest part of your hips. This is usually about 8"-9" below your waist.
SHOULDER TO WAIST: Measure from the top of your shoulder, where a normal shoulder seam would lie, down the front, following the curve of your bust.
LENGTH: measure from the back bottom of the collar, down the front, to the point you want the garment to end at the hem.
