Returns and exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, please feel free to contact me via Etsy Convo within 7 days of receiving your order so it can be determined if a return will be accepted.
I allow returns for merchandise credit or exchange on a case by case basis. Returns are allowed only for items that are grossly misrepresented.
Returns are not allowed for items that do not fit so please check measurements carefully!
The item MUST be returned in the same condition as it left my care.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
I will refund your PayPal account AFTER I receive the item back. The refund will not include original shipping cost.
Bathing suits are NOT returnable, for sanitary reasons and to protect all my shoppers.
