Shipping Method & Insurance

*I ship USPS Parcel Select & Priority mail (Priority includes insurance). Shipping quotes do not include signature confirmation or insurance for Parcel Select shipping. Contact me prior to checkout if you'd like insurance and/or signature confirmation added to your shipping quote. If you chose not to purchase these additional services, TreasureAgain can not take responsibility for lost/non delivered items once they are in the hands of the US Post Office. I do my best to help make sure your package is delivered or tracked down. I provide tracking information.

* Please double check that your address you entered is correct. If you enter a wrong address & package is not delivered, you will need to pay for re-shipping when it is returned to me.

When orders are shipped

Items will be shipped within a week, but I usually try to mail as soon as possible, Monday through Friday. Contact me if you need items by a certain date and I will let you know if I am able to get it to you by that date.

Combined Shipping Cost Estimate

*SHIPPING ESTIMATE: Send me a message thru etsy's conversation with questions or to get a price for combined multiple shipments. The additional item price doesn't always work if the combined items are completely different and require separate packaging.

Shipping Costs, Packaging, & Vintage Disclosure

*SHIPPING COSTS: I charge actual shipping costs. I generally refund the shipping difference if it is $1 or more.
*PACKAGING: I will use recycled packaging when sending out your purchase. It will be packed with CARE. All items come from a SMOKE FREE environment.
*VINTAGE DISCLOSURE: PLEASE understand when purchasing VINTAGE items, that they have had a past life (used). I will do my best to list any flaws, but like most used items, they show some wear.

Refunds and Exchanges

*INFO REGARDING REFUNDS: If you are dissatisfied because you feel my product does not match the description from my shop listing, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will do my best to work with you, within reason. I am not able to refund as a result of a "Change of Mind".

*CHANGE YOUR MIND: A "Change your mind" request for a refund is not possible. I will do my best to work with you, but with shipping being so costly, returning because someone simply changed their mind, is not refundable.

Purchase Agreement

*PURCHASE AGREEMENT: If you purchase this listing, it means that you agree that you have read the descriptions and details of the listing, know the condition of the item, and understand what is included in the order. I provide details & different images in each listing to explain the items as completely as possible. If you have questions, please contact me BEFORE the purchase, so there is no misunderstanding. If the purchase is made by the customer, without reading the full details of the listing, I can not refund the order.

Return Shipping and Exceptions

*RETURN SHIPPING: I do not accept returns. But, if in the event that it is agreed between TreasureAgain & customer that the item will be returned: I do not provide call tags so customer is responsible for shipping the product back. Product must be properly packed to insure safe return & received in original condition. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, unless a different agreement has been made.
*If a FREE SHIPPING item is purchased, I will refund the amount minus what it cost me to ship the item to you.

*EXCEPTION: TreasureAgain reserves the right to deny excepting returns or refunding, if NEGATIVE (a low star rating) feedback is left. Contact me before a LOW STAR rating is left.

After you have read through my Mason Jar Solar light information that I provide in my listings, and you are still uncertain whether you will have enough light in your yard or garden, to charge the solar lights sufficiently, please contact me before purchasing to ask about your lighting situation.
