What is your refund/exchange policy?
While your satisfaction is of the utmost importance, along with that is of our mission to make you shine, and your recipient, happy.
In the event of breakage, or damage during shipping, a replacement, or product of equivalent value, will be granted.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
What happens if a product arrives damaged?
We do our best to package your box securely, however, in the event a product arrives damaged through shipping, simply send a photo of the item to our shop and a replacement will be shipped within one week.
