Shipping
We ship our items with Canada Post. A shipping confirmation email will be sent after the item(s) is/are shipped.

We use the most economical methods; therefore, they DO NOT provide tracking numbers, online confirmation coverage. We recommend insurance on large orders.

Average Delivery Time (provided by Canada Post, not guaranteed):
- Canada: regular national airmails: 2-12 business days
- USA: regular airmails: 5-10 business days
- International: regular airmails: 6-15 business days; regular surface mail: 1-3 months (airmails by default starting from 2016)

Other shipping methods are available upon request and if buyers are comfortable with the extra cost. Please visit canadapost.ca for more detail information.

Buyers will be responsible for additional charges such as custom fees, import taxes, etc.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchange for damaged goods (or refunds for irreplaceable items). We will ask you to take a picture for the damaged item, so we can find the best solution. Buyers will be responsible for returning items in their original condition and packaging as well as return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed accordingly.

NO refunds for lost packages with regular (default) shipping. For upgrading the shipping method, please contact us before purchase.
