All sales are final, but if there is a quality issue or an error in your order, please contact me so that I may correct it. Please do not return merchandise before contacting me.
Shipping insurance is recommended, as I cannot be held responsible for postal damage or loss. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, please keep your box and packing materials and contact your post office immediately to file a claim.

Shipping
Shipping charges within the USA are $2.25 for the first item, and $0.15 for each item thereafter. Shipping includes delivery confirmation of your package. New Mexico residents will be charged 6.880% sales tax.
International shipping is US$2.25 for the first item, and US$0.25 for each item thereafter. International payments can only be accepted via PayPal.
I ship within 5 business days of cleared payment. All items are securely packaged and sent by First Class mail (unless your order is large enough to make Priority Mail more efficient.)
