About

After the birth of my daughter in 2014, and with a lifelong love of the ocean, forests, and mountains, I was inspired to create simple and beautiful toys for her out of natural materials. Family members and friends with little ones showed interest in what I was creating, and with their encouragement, my labour of love, Tree Fort Toys was born. Working out of my home in Victoria, BC, with my little product tester by my side, I design and create open-ended and purposeful toys that encourage imagination and foster a lifelong love of learning. I am filled with such joy knowing that like minded, eco-conscious families around the world are playing, exploring, learning, and having fun with toys and games that I have created!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
I take pride in my work and want you to love your product as much as I do! I try to be as accurate as possible in showing and describing my products to you, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

Refund Policy
- If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of purchase to discuss a review for a refund. The item must be unused, in the original condition, and original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Upon return shipping of the item, a full refund of the original cost of the item minus shipping fees will be issued.
- Items that have been personalized, used, damaged, or are missing parts are not eligible for a refund, unless an error has been made on my part.

Damages
- If an item arrives to you damaged, please take a photo of the condition in which it arrived, and contact me as soon as possible. A replacement item will be shipped promptly.

Cancellation Policy -
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible. If the item has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be issued. If the item has already been shipped, you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping. Once the item has been returned to me, and is in the original state, a refund will be issued for cost of the product only.

Shipping
Please double check your shipping address to avoid any issues with delivery!

In stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for custom made items.

Shipping to Canada
- Small items will be shipped via Canada Post Letter Mail. Canada Post estimates a delivery time of 4-6 business days, however with this service they do not provide delivery deadline guarantees, tracking, or insurance.
- Larger items will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and will include tracking and insurance.

Shipping to United States & Everywhere Else
- All items will be shipped via Canada Post US Light Packet or Small Packet, depending on the size. This service has an estimated delivery time of 8-10 business days, however with this service they do not provide delivery deadline guarantees, tracking, or insurance.

Upgrades
- I am happy to discuss express shipping methods, tracking, or insurance for your purchase. These arrangements should be made prior to your purchase and will result in additional charges.

Deadlines
- Delivery times noted above are estimates given by Canada Post and not delivery guarantees. Bloom & Bliss cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive by the estimated date. If your order is required by a certain deadline, please contact me for an upgrade to another shipping method with tracking and deadline guarantees. An item is not considered "Lost in the Mail" until 30 days has passed since your order. If your package has not arrived by this time, please contact me and I will do my best at assisting you in resolving the issue.

Customs
- Please note that all orders outside of Canada require customs declaration. The full value of the order will be noted on the outside of the package. Tree Fort Toys is not responsible for any customs, duties, or VAT charges.

I suggest a suitable age for children to use my toys and accessories, but you know your child best! As with any toy, please do not leave your child unsupervised, and check regularly for normal wear and tear. Look out for damages and use your own discretion when determining if a toy is still safe and secure for an exploring child! Purchaser accepts full responsibility and liability for Tree Fort Toys products.
