If you are unhappy with the final product, please contact me and I will work with you to fix the problem.
Payment
Cancellations with a full refund must be made within two days of the purchase date.
Shipping
Every item is shipped USPS Priority Mail. This means it is a two to five business day delivery time from the time it's shipped. Please note the items do get delayed by the post office. This is out of my control. These shipments are not guaranteed with a shipment date.
If Rush Orders are needed there is an option for an Upgrade in Shipping.
When choosing this option. I will get ship your items out next business day and you will receive it within 1 to 3 business days. These order ARE GUARANTEED with a delivery date.
I ship accordingly to your event date. When placing the order, please include your event date or when you need it by.
When orders are shipped you will receive a tracking number for your convenience from Etsy.
Orders shipped out of the United States cannot be tracked once it leave the US.
These orders can take up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
