Please, contact me within 7 days of receiving your order for exchanges or potential refunds (minus any shipping charges.) If you do not receive your package within two weeks of shipment, let me know! I will send you a new print/bracelet, as soon as possible, at no cost to you.

Currently accepting PayPal only, you can securely use it without an account, as well use with a debit and/or credit card. Please make payments immediately, or within three days.

If you would like to cancel your order, message me within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

I am currently only shipping within the United States.

All items will ship within one to three business days, after your payment has been processed. I include delivery confirmation with each order! If you are interested in expedited shipping, please, let me know before you make a purchase and I will update the listing to reflect the new shipping charges.


Shipping for prints & bracelets:

Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail. Guidelines for domestic delivery range between 2 to 9 days, but in many cases it will arrive in 2 to 4 business days.

Want it a little faster? Delivery time for USPS Priority mail is within 2 to 3 business days. This is an additional $3.00 shipping charge. Just ask!

All photos will be placed in archival (acid-free) plastic sleeves and mailed in poly mailers with recycled cardboard inserts for protection.


Shipping for tree sculptures:

Orders will be shipped standard USPS Priority mail, which should arrive in 2 to 3 business days. Shipping costs for each tree vary on the size & weight of the tree, as well as the packaging. All trees will come with delivery conformation.

I will be using recycled, like-new boxes whenever possible for shipping my trees, let me know if you would like me to purchase a new box! Most trees will be shipped with excess plastic shopping bags and/or packing peanuts to keep the tree safe.

Please note: my trees are pretty sturdy but the smaller limbs are fairly malleable, if any look a little strange when you get them just bend to a position you are happy with.
