If you want to cancel an order please contact me within 24 hours. Pieces take a few days from start to finish (to draw, seal, glitter, seal again, and add findings) if you wait longer than 24 hours I will likely have begun your piece already.

With the exception of my pin and card sets, which are carefully wrapped and shipped boxless, but with a matching envelope, I ship most items safely wrapped and packed in a neat little kraft paper box.

Each box is decorated differently - the supplies that I have on hand vary. Packaging pictured with listings is just an example, though if you have your heart set on a color scheme or particular embellishment feel free to let me know, I'll do what I can!

I work my hardest to complete orders and have them shipped within three to four days of receiving that order. Usually, I'm even faster than that! If you need an item in a hurry, let me know when you order and we can likely work something out.

I make every effort to communicate with buyers through the process - including sending pictures of any customized orders before shipping out. Because of the individualized nature of many charms, returns are limited.

Refunds/replacements are handled on a case by case basis. Generally, if there is an issue with the product I will send along a replacement at no cost. Just reach out to explain what isn't right - provide pictures if at all possible.

My goal is to make my customers happy, so if something happens to your charm or it's not what you'd expected - please reach out so that I can make things right :)

All Tremendous Tiny pieces are hand drawn, (often) coated with some loose glitter, and sealed to make them resistant to water and scratching and to keep the glitter from flaking off, though I'd still recommend you avoid submerging the pieces.

The sealant is non-toxic, though it's probably still not smart to ingest. I'd recommend you avoid any contact with food and keep away from children who may stick a charm in their mouth.

My work environment is 100% smoke free.

I have one adorable cat who loves to "help" me craft from time to time. I wipe down my workspace before I start anything and keep him away from the sealing process. That said, if you have an extreme allergy to cats I cannot promise that my products are 100% feline-free so proceed with caution.
