Frequently asked questions
Can I add my own logo to a card design?

Yes, absolutely! You can email the logo file to us (shoptrendyprint@gmail.com) or attach it to a message here on Etsy. We'll add the logo to your card and make sure it looks perfect!

Can I change the colors or fonts to a design?

Yes, absolutely! To add this option, simply purchase the "Options & Upgrades" listing with your premade order. We'll happily work one-on-one with you to personalize your card so that it's uniquely you!

If I have a card design already will you print it?

Yes, absolutely! We have a print only option available in our shop. Simply purchase the listing and follow the instructions in the description box.

What if I want to cancel my order?

We will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to Approval. If an order is canceled, any labor hours (proofs, graphic design work, etc.) and processing fees will be subtracted from your refund. The minimum is $10.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

Since each order is unique and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.

You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order of any defects discovered in the ordered product.

In order to receive replacement, you must return 100% of the received product within 5 business days (on your own expense) from the time when the ordered was delivered.

Where is my package?

If you have not received your order, please check the tracking number on your order receipt to see what the issue may be. Once your order has shipped it is no longer under our direct control. Any issues with shipment must be directed to USPS Customer Service.

Trendy Print is not liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, customer error or any other circumstances beyond our direct control.

How do I order?

Ordering is quick and easy!

Step 1: Choose your card design & add it to your cart. Include the info you'd like on the card in the "Personalization" box provided at checkout.

Step 2: After purchase, we will create a proof for you to review & approve before printing. You'll receive the proof within 24 hrs or less on weekdays. Weekend turnaround varies.

Step 3: Once you have reviewed & approved your proof, we will start printing immediately.

Step 4: Print time takes 3-4 business days with the standard option, 1-2 business days with the RUSH option & rounded business cards take 4-5 business days.

Step 5: Once your cards are printed, they are packed up & shipped directly to you via USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 2-3 business days.

What type of card finish will I receive?

All of our standard cards print on a 16pt cardstock with a glossy UV coating on both sides.
