****RETURN POLICY****
All of my items are 1:12th Scale miniatures, for a dollhouse, or room box, these are not full sized furnishings for a home. Returns are not accepted for such an error.

For a true 1:12 Scale Room Box, or Dollhouse, the minimum ceiling clearance is between 8.5 inches and 10.5 inches, in Centimeters, that is 21.59 CM and 26.67 CM. Measurements are given for each piece, please measure accordingly.

I reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on a return.

Any returns accepted will not be refunded the following, Etsy fees, shipping fees, and relisting fee. See see my return policy for dates and deadlines on when to contact me.

Items shipped to the U.K. are now subject to additional VAT Taxes. These taxes will be collected at the time of purchase by Etsy.

****SHIPPING*******
Shipping within the United States, due to COVID-19, there has been an increased delay with USPS in shipping packages. Please be aware, packages might take longer than normal for delivery, also, any inclement weather may have an adverse effect on package delivery. All packages shipped have a tracking number, however, the tracking on USPS has not been consistently working. Free shipping does not cover additional shipping services such as Signature on Receipt, or Insurance, these items both have additional service fees. If you are interested in either of these items please let me know as there is an additional charge.

International Clients: Please contact me prior to purchasing, due to COVID-19 there might be shipping restrictions to your country. Also, International shipping is experiencing very long delays in customs. If you are purchasing from overseas, expect a 21 to 29 day delay, or possibly, up to eight weeks from the time of purchase, for an item to clear Customs. If a package is held up in Customs. Per Etsy, You must contact the Customs Office of that County. Once a package as been received by Customs, it is in the control of that Country. Many Customs Offices or Customs websites will tell you to contact the Sender, Per Etsy, that is not correct, You must contact the Customs Office directly, as it is out of our control.
