The necklace is gorgeous! So pretty and dainty. I especially liked the recycled packaging, too! Thanks so much!

The necklace is perfect. Trill, you did a great job with my special request. The packaging is secure and best of all recycled. However, it is still very attractive and professional. You could give the products as gifts in the original packaging. Shipping was prompt. Thank you for the lovely product. Can't wait to see what's next from TtO.

Shipping
WHERE:
Domestic only at this time.

METHOD:
USPS First Class. Insurance and Tracking Information is included in the shipping price. Tracking information will be convo'd to you the same day your item is shipped.

Cost of shipping includes packaging and handling.

Packages will be shipped within 3 business days (usually same or next day) of payment unless on vacation. Vacation will be clearly posted on my site before my departure.

RUSH SHIPPING:
If you need your package faster than First Class rate or you require overnight, rush, etc., you MUST convo me before purchase so that I may adjust the cost accordingly.

PACKAGING:
I always use 99.9% reused packaging materials (packing tape is new). Occasionally an item might need to be packed in new packaging, but this is avoided if at all possible. Packaging is reused, but clean and unsoiled.
Refunds and Exchanges
LOSS or DAMAGE:
Items are packaged with great care. All packages are insured to cover cost of possible damage or loss during shipping. Should you not receive your item or your item is damaged, contact me within three business days of receiving your order so that we may begin the process of filing a claim with the USPS. The addressee will be required to "present the damaged article and mailing container, including any wrapping, packaging, and any other contents that were received".

DISSATISFACTION with PRODUCT:
Very detailed photos, descriptions, and measurements are posted with each listing. Coloring is never exact on computer screens, however, every effort is made to get is as close to reality as possible. If you are shopping to match a color exactly, I cannot guarantee that the color on your personal computer screen is the same as the actual product. If you require more information than is posted, please convo me for those details and I will be happy to send you more information. No refunds will be made for general unhappiness with item or buyer's remorse.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders must be paid for, in full, before work is completed. Dialogue with the customer, approval of sketches, designs, etc. will insure confidence in getting the product desired. If the item is not personalized it may be able to be resold, in which case you may be able to see the completed item before payment. Convo me with questions/concerns.

GIFTS:
Gift wrapping is not available. However, a handwritten gift card can be included; convo me with your message upon purchase.

FEEDBACK:
Your satisfaction is my top priority and I would like the opportunity to resolve any issue you might have before feedback is given. All feedback is welcome. However, if you are dissatisfied with your item, the time line in which it was shipped and received, or any other reason at all, please give me the opportunity to resolve issues before leaving a negative comment.
