Continental Stitchery Trims was founded by Rosita Pisarchick in 1996 concentrating on trims specifically offered to SCA and other medieval and Renaissance recreationists. During our first few years we sold these trims from our tent set up at special Medieval events. We started selling on the web in 2000. Over time and following demand, we have expanded our trim styles from exclusively Medieval to many other styles and these are in constant evolution following trends, fashion and demand, making Continental Stitchery Trims and TrimGoddess on etsy your destinations for distinctive and quality Jacquard and woven trims, braids, straps, soutache braid, ric rac, ball fringes, lace and leather laces at budget prices.

We stock specialty ribbons, Jacquard trims, straps, braids and lace for theatrical and fantasy costumes, belly dancing, Roman, Greek, Celtic, Viking, Goth and Punk, Renaissance through Victorian, and flappers recreations, Medieval weddings, Tyrolean, Bavarian and other folkloric styles, Ethnic styles as diverse as Native and Central American, African, Middle Eastern, Bollywood inspired, Far Eastern and other Nordic or Russian styles. We have classic guitar strap trimmings. We have novelty kiddies trims and ribbons. We have popular Soutache and Russian braid. We carry sweet mini ball fringe. All for couture, costuming, uniforms, crafts, decoration and Ecclesiastical needs.

All our trims are woven, none are printed.

We do not send out free samples. Samples can be purchased by special request on each posting when availability permits.
