Gave this lovely ornament to my cousin who graduated from college recently. She liked it very much!

The little things that make you happy.

Hello beautiful people!

My name is Dana and I like to make people happy. :)

There is always comfort to be found in something you find enriching and cathartic-- something that makes you feel like you are home. Art is one of those things, it's liberating yet hard work and when you finally finish a project, you made something new!

I created trinkets during my freshman year of college to maintain a balance between my academic and personal life. I took art electives throughout all of grade school and felt so withdrawn from creativity during college. I set sail on this etsy adventure and loved viewing and making handmade finds. I couldn't stop and I eventually started seeing trinkets as a small business rather than just a happy past time.

"trinkets" came from two ideas. At first, I wanted to make absolutely everything. I was making greeting cards one day and earrings the next. I couldn't peg myself down to one craft and quite frankly, didn't want to. So I thought... hey... trinkets! That's perfect. A little bit of this and that!

My life philosophy is that it's the little things that make you happy. Little things in life can be anything from the daily things we tend to overlook to little knick knacks that bring us joy like cards or dainty accessories. And that's when I realized that the word "trinkets" meant a lot to me and my shop's philosophy.

I love collaborating with customers and other shops in building a supportive artistic community online. It's wonderful! Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way and continues to today. I have met so many genuine people through etsy and it has helped me grow tremendously as a business woman, artist, and person. <3

If you would like your order to go to a different address, please type in the address in the note to seller's box during checkout. This avoids any discrepancies later on with the mailing process. You can send us a quick message just to make sure we got it right as well. :)

3 days are given for the payment transaction before cancellation of your order. Please notify us if you need more time to commit to paying promptly after the purchase.

Your item(s) will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the transaction is successfully made unless you made a custom order and we are keeping you updated on when your order is complete. This means no packages are shipped out on Saturdays and Sundays).

Do keep in mind that we have no control over delays regarding the weather, the holiday seasons, and any other external sorting delays after the package has been shipped. Arrange for priority or expedited shipping with us if needed.

If your package is late and you checked the tracking number, please make sure to do the following before contacting us:

- Check your address to make sure it is correctly typed.
- If your doorman or mailbox is receiving the package.
- There will be sorting delays if you purchased near a national U.S. holiday.
- If the post left you a slip to pick it up at the post office.
- If a member of your family brought it inside the house.

All of our items are sent first class with USPS, along with a tracking number for your convenience. This allows your purchase to get to you in 2-5 business days and also ships out for a designated low price. On rare occasions where there is a delay at a sorting facility, your package may arrive within 5-10 days.

For international mail, there is no tracking number once it leaves the country or estimated delivery time. The average turn around time is between 2-5 weeks. Some countries receive it within the 2nd week, others take a month. We have no control over overseas mail timing unless you arranged expedited shipping with us!

Note that certain countries have shipping taxes and fees that we are not responsible for.

NOTE: If you are ordering a large sum of items, it is likely that you may exceed the 13 oz limit for first class USPS shipping. In that case, it will be sent via parcel shipping-- which generally takes 3-10 business days to arrive. International orders may add tax fees once they arrive to your country which are not our responsibility.

Shipping options may also be changed according to the customer's needs to meet a certain date of arrival. If you would like expedited or express mail, please message us prior to check out with your cart items so that we can assist you!

All items will be shipped accordingly with proper packaging to prevent damage. Our packaging style is very solid and it is unlikely that any item will be damaged due to the precautions we will take/along with the post office.

The key to shipping is your message to our team. Communication is key!
Refunds and Exchanges
All items will be packaged with plenty of love so do not worry about any damages! Tissue paper, bubble wrap, and thick envelopes are excessively used to get everything to you safe and sound.

When the purchased item makes it into your hands, it is no longer ours, therefore no longer our responsibility. Please take good care of the item(s) to avoid... well many things! :)

Return policy: If the item(s) arrive broken or damaged due to poor craftsmanship, we will gladly find a way to make things right whether it is a refund, exchange, or store credit. We are not liable for any external shipping damages.
Additional policies and FAQs
Guarantees: perspective and happiness.

Everything in the shop is created in small bundles-- especially the paper crafts. Once the paper runs out, you won't see anything quite like it in our shop again. We do however continue to re-list and re-make certain color schemes that seem to be sought after more such as blue, blush pink, and turquoise.

This applies to jewelry as well since we buy supplies in small to medium-sized bulks. You will see a trend in simple earrings involving bows, filigree, pearls, and birds. They're sort of kind of probably my favorite pieces in making jewelry.
