Welcome to Trinkets & Charms.

I have been making jewellery and cards for over a year now. I have made various custom items for friends and family and sold pieces on other selling websites.

I am happy to accept any custom orders or discuss ideas with you. Please be aware that I am in the UK so your email to me may arrive at 2 in the morning while I am asleep. I check my email several times a day so will do my best to respond quickly.

Accepted payment methods

I accept paypal and cheque for UK purchasers, and paypal only for international orders.

Please paypal within 4 days of purchase, or send a cheque within 5 days of purchase.

Items bought by cheque will not be posted until the funds have cleared.
All UK prices are for first class postage. Orders over £20 will also have recorded delivery.

Prices for international shipping vary, but I always go with airmail as it means you get your items quicker.

Customs fees must be dealt with by you, the buyer, if any are incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are in the UK please allow up to 14 days for delivery before contacting me.

If you are buying from abroad please allow up to 30 days for delivery before contacting.

Items lost in the post will only be refunded after these day limits have passed.

I do not accept returns or refunds for earrings. Cards will be refunded ONLY if we have sent the wrong order to you and you return the items.

Refunds are only available for 30 days after purchase. We do not offer refunds because you have changed your mind about the item. We require photographic proof that an item has broken before sending a refund.

Items are packaged securely with bubblewrap and parcel tape.
