All pictures are taken with a MACRO setting, images will appear larger than they are (so you can see detail properly). Please note all measurements given in the item descriptions. If you have any questions about the size of an item just convo me.

Unless otherwise noted, all of my earring designs are created for "normal" piercings.

I will endeavour to get you item in the post to you within 7 working days by first class registered post



Wherever possible, I ship overseas using the Royal Mail Airsure service. This is the only fully trackable service, right up to the point of delivery and is also the quickest service. Unfortunately, it adds almost £5 to the postage costs but I feel it is the most secure option. Where Airsure is not available, I send by the International Signed For service. This is only trackable whilst still within the UK.

Within the UK, I normally send by Recorded Delivery.

Since November 2010, the United States Department of Homeland Security has increased security measures for items carried on passenger airlines. As a result, mail entering the US from around the world, and including the UK, that would normally be sent via passenger aircraft must now travel by other means, including ships and cargo planes."

UPDATE JANUARY 28TH 2011:

"The United States Department of Homeland Security is continuing to require increased security measures for items carried on passenger airlines. As a result, some mail entering the US from around the world, and including the UK, that would normally be sent via passenger aircraft must now travel by other means, including ships and cargo planes.

Most items, including personal letters and cards, magazines, CDs, DVDs and lightweight packets, will be delivered in the US within a few days of posting. However, there are delays of about two weeks for some heavier packets. These delays are currently affecting stamped items, franked items, and items posted under contract, with the exception of Destination Sort and/or M-Bag* items.

Royal Mail is very sorry for these unavoidable delays. We have implemented a number of contingency plans to ensure as much of our customers’ mail reaches the USas quickly as possible and are continuing to work to minimise disruption to our customers, whilst ensuring we comply fully with the USdirectives and regulations. "

Cash refunds will be issued in cases of defective or damaged items.

Send me an email notifying me of the return and ship the item back to me in the original packaging. If your jewellery needs any alteration to better fit your needs, please contact me!!

i hope you'll be happy with your purchase but I appreciate that it is sometimes difficult to buy based on a picture. If when you receive your purchase you decide that it isn't suitable please contact me within 48 hours to discuss. I will offer either a refund (excluding postage costs) or exchange upon receipt of the returned item, BUT please contact me first for instructions on customs form requirements.

I'm sorry but I cannot refund postage costs unless the item is faulty. For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

You must ensure that you obtain a proof of posting and/or adequate insurance/delivery confirmation if returning a package as I am not responsible for any items that are lost/damaged while in transit to me. Items must be returned unworn and in in the original gift box.

All of my Jewellery is shipped in a presentation bag, ready for gifting.

General
Jewellery, whether fine or costume, is not really designed to be worn in the shower, pool or sea. Nor is it a good idea to keep it on for housework or gardening. Prolonged exposure to air, especially in humid conditions, will lead to darkening of most metals. Costume jewellery, such as charm bracelets, lightweight maille and large rings needs to be treated with a certain amount of respect - avoid bashing against hard objects or catching in clothing if possible. If you use perfume, hairspray or sunscreens, fake tans etc it's best to apply these before putting your jewellery on as these WILL discolour your jewellery and may lead to some of the beads to peel.
