    Bring bright and bold to your kitchen!!

    Trinnyella is a creative rebellion against the norm. It all started in a small office in New York with a birthday present made for a friend. I wanted to create something that was as unique as my friend, something that could never be found in cookie cutter chain stores. What I created inspired me to encourage others to express their own unique style. I decided to give a local craft show a try and to my surprise sold every single one of my aprons. That was all the encouragement I needed to take my hobby and turn it into a business. After many farmers markets, craft shows, and three states later, we are making our mark on Etsy.

    What started with only aprons has expanded to include pot holders, oven mitts, and kitchen towels so you can have fun with all your kitchen essentials. Don't settle for the stodgy things you find in every chain store that everyone else has. Express yourself, be original, be unique, and be you. Trinnyella is about feeling good, smiling, and enjoying what you are doing every time you use one of my items.

    Exchanges ~
    Exchanges may be made if you contact me with an exchange request within 7 days of you receiving the item. The item must be mailed back in its original condition within 14 days of when it was delivered. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

    Returns ~
    To return items please contact me within 3 days of receiving the package. All items must be mailed within 7 days of receiving the item. The cost of shipping and re-listing the item will be your responsibility.

    Custom Orders ~
    All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

    Sale Items ~
    All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
    Payment
    I accept PayPal, Credit Cards, and Etsy Gift Cards as a form of payment.
    Custom Orders ~
    Custom orders that are not paid within 7 days of the listing being created will be cancelled. If you need more than 7 days please let me know I will do my bet to accommodate you. Payment must be made before any supplies are ordered or work begins on the custom orders.
    Shipping
    Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order! Any orders shipped to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the buyer, there will be no refunds or replacements. If the item is returned to me, any additional cost to resend the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.

    All items are shipped through the USPS. Shipping times vary per items but you can find your ship by date listed on your order. If the item will not ship out by the estimated date I will contact you to let you know of the delay.

    Domestic Shipping ~
    All items shipped within the United States are shipped either First Class or Priority Mail Flat Rate. Each package is insured for the value of the items purchased and includes a tracking number that can be found in your purchase history. If a package is lost or delayed please contact the USPS or your local post office, they will be able to help you locate the package or inform you of when the package may be delivered.

    International Shipping ~
    All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service. International shipments do not include insurance, if you would like your package to be insured there is an additional insurance fee. Once an item is shipped you will receive a tracking number located in your order history. When a package leaves the United States shipping is not always reliable and it is out of my hands as to what delivery service will be used when it reaches your country. It is up to the buyer to contact your local postal/delivery service to determine where your package is and when it may be delivered. Any customs or international fees are the responsibility of the buyer

    Missing, Damaged, and Lost Packages ~
    If your package is missing please contact your local post office or the USPS and they will be able to help you locate your package or declare it officially missing. If you package is officially missing please let me know and I can file an insurance claim for you. If your package arrives damaged or destroyed, please contact me and I can file an insurance claim for you.

    Custom Orders
    If you do not see what you are looking for in my shop please contact me and I would be happy to create a custom order for you. Once we decide on what you want a deposit the item must be paid for in full before any work begins.

    Wholesale
    If you are interested in purchasing my items at wholesale please contact me. I do have wholesale rates for each of my items.
    Privacy
    The information I collect is your name, address, and Etsy username, and that is only so that I may ship your items to you. I do not buy or sell any of your personal information to third party companies, and your information is kept completely private. Any credit card and payment information is collected by Etsy, so as a seller I have no access to your payment information. I do not send out emails, the only contact you will receive from me it directly through Etsy if I have a question or update about your order, however, Etsy may send you promotional e-mails that may be used in my shop.

    Custom and personalized orders

    I gladly welcome custom orders and will do my best to accommodate your vision. Please contact me and I will work with you create the perfect item for you. Prices for custom orders vary based on the customization of each item.

    Sizing details

    Measurements for each item are located in the item detail section of each listing. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me for more information.

    Care instructions

    Oven Mitts, Pot Holders, and Skillet Mitts
    Machine wash with like colors and lay flat to dry, iron on high if desired. They are not microwave safe or for use near open flame. While these items are heat resistant they are not fire resistant.

    Aprons and Kitchen Towels
    All items are 100% cotton and can be washed and dried as you would any cotton items. The fabric has not been prewashed so some shrinking may occur if you place your items in the dryer. Hanging your apron to dry will allow it to last longer. Both items can be ironed on high.

    Where is my package?

    Each order will receive a tracking number that can be found in your order history. You can use this number to track the progress of your package. To locate any lost or delayed packages please contact your local post office or USPS. There are a variety of ways in which you can contact them located in their help section here https://www.usps.com/help/welcome.htm If they are unable to assist you please contact me :)

    What do I do if my package is lost?

    If your package has been misdelivered, or lost please first contact your local post office or the USPS. They will be able to assist you in either finding your package or declaring it officially lost. You can contact them in a variety of ways which can be found on their help page located here https://www.usps.com/help/welcome.htm Once it is declared missing please contact me as all domestic packages are insured and I can file an insurance claim for you and refund or replace your package.

    What do I do if my package arrives damaged?

    If your package arrives damaged please contact me with a description of the damage, as well as photos of the damage. This will allow me to file an insurance claim for the damaged item. Once a claim is filed I can then refund or replace your purchase.
