5 out of 5 starsPurchased the Maine Woodsman “Frying Pan 9” Folding Handle for my 6 month UK/Europe bike tour this summer. It’s heavier than titanium, but I wanted to find something that would evenly cook eggs, meat, and work well for sauteing vegetables while camping. The pan is well constructed and heats up fairly quickly. While using the pan for the first time, I did not have any problems with the folding handle being too hot. I look forward to using the pan more in the future and will definitely be handing this down to my son.
