Returns and exchange details
I hope you will never be unsatisfied, but if the situation arises that you are unhappy please reach out to me right away before posting a public review. I do not do exchanges/returns due to the fact that I cannot resell an item that has been worn or used, but please contact me if you have any issues with your order. I cannot refund any custom or personalized items once they have been started. No cancellations will be given if any work has begun. No cancellations / returns/ refunds for custom orders.
We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, gift cards. Payment must be received before any item is created/shipped.

Items will be shipped USPS First Class with a tracking number. I cannot control the Post Office and if something does not get to you in time for your event, I'm sorry but I cannot accept returns.

You are responsible for all customs charges that may arise for International orders.

Once shipped I cannot be held responsible for the package being delayed or packages marked as delivered. I will work my hardest to help you track down the package.
