Payment
All payments must be made in full before orders are shipped out. For custom orders, see below.
Shipping
International Customers: Shipments are made via USPS First-Class International. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on location and customs.
Additional policies and FAQs
I accept some custom orders. Depending on the complexity and availability, it may take me between 2-4 weeks to complete your order. All custom orders are subjected to a non-refundable 50% fee of the quoted price and is to be paid before any work is started. The remaining 50% will need to be paid before your order is completed and shipped.

Custom Yarn Dyeing
Custom yarn orders are currently open and subject to availability. If there is a color and base combo that is currently not available in the shop or you need more skeins, please contact me. Yarn orders must be paid in full upfront before any work will be started. Orders should ship within a few business days.
