I’m so in love with beeswax! Archaic, with strong energy and divine smell. Made by nature for cold and dark evenings.

About

Idea of simplicity and upcycling

Settled in the Lithuanian countryside I share the idea of simplicity, reconnecting with nature, slowing down and focusing on myself and surroundings.
I follow a zero waste lifestyle to live in harmony with nature, minimising my footprint for the future generations.
I specialize in quality items that are simple, useful, recyclable or compostable, made to become a part of your home.
The journey starts with the material - ceramic trinket, empty jar, yarn from the thrift shop, excess textiles - it whispers an idea and is transformed into natural soy candles, crochet storage baskets, decorative bowls - a one of a kind accessory.

Processing time can stretch up to 3-4 days, as I do not travel to town daily.
Please, re-use mailing bags, recycle or compost cardboard packaging. I do not send paper invoices, they are available upon request and I am more than happy to email them!

Sending a little piece of our lives to Your home with every item.

Place on a stable, protected, heat-resistant, dry surface, away from anything that can catch fire, out of reach of children and pets.

Before Burning the Candle

♥Trim the wick to ¼ inch each time before burning. Long or crooked wicks can cause uneven burning, dripping or flaring.
♥Always use a candleholder specifically designed for candle use. It should be heat resistant, sturdy, and large enough to contain any drips or melted wax.
♥Burn candles in a well-ventilated room.
♥Place the candleholder on a stable, heat-resistant surface. This will also help prevent possible heat damage to counters and table surfaces and prevent glass containers from cracking or breaking.
♥Keep the wax pool clear of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times.
♥Avoid drafts, vents or air currents. This will help prevent rapid or uneven burning, sooting, and excessive dripping.

While Burning the Candle

♥Never touch/move burning candle when the wax is liquefied.
♥Don’t burn a candle all the way down. For a margin of safety, stop burning when 2in of wax remains (1/2in if in a container).
♥Place burning candles at least 3in apart to assure they don’t melt each other or create drafts that will cause them to burn improperly.
♥Extinguish a candle if the flame is too high or flickers repeatedly. Let the candle cool, trim the wick, and check for drafts before re-lighting.
♥Keep the candle within your sight. If you are leaving the room, be sure to first blow out all the candles.
♥Always burn candles in a well-ventilated room.
♥Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
♥Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.

After Burning the Candle

♥Use a candle snuffer to extinguish a candle. It’s the safest way to prevent hot wax from splattering.
♥Never use water to extinguish a candle. Water can cause the hot wax to splatter and might break a glass container.
♥Make sure the candle is completely out and the wick ember is no longer glowing before leaving the room.
♥Don’t touch or move the candle until it has completely cooled.
♥Never use a knife or sharp object to remove wax drippings from a glass holder. It might scratch, weaken, or cause the glass to break upon subsequent use.
