If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, let me know and ship it back to me. I will exchange the item for another of equal value or refund you for your purchase as well as the shipping costs.

I accept PayPal only. Sales tax will be applied to purchases with a shipping destination in California only. If you need to cancel your purchase, please do so within 24 hours, as I ship promptly. If you have any questions, just contact me through a conversation on Etsy.

SHIPPING METHOD: I ship USPS first class (priority or parcel post for packages over 13 oz.) for both domestic and international purchases. Most orders go out next day except original paintings larger than 8"x10"(see below for details). I will always send an email once an order is received to confirm ship date and estimated arrival. USPS usually takes 2-5 days within the US, 5-10 days to Canada, and 10-14 days internationally. If you need RUSH SHIPPING, please contact me BEFORE PURCHASE so I can see if it will be possible to get it there on time and for rush shipping costs.

ORIGINAL PAINTINGS: I use custom made boxes to ensure the safe delivery of paintings larger than 8"x10". It takes me a few days to make the box. Expect original paintings larger than 8"x10" to ship within a week of purchase. Details on estimated ship date will be emailed to the buyer.

ALL PRINTS: Your print will arrive wrapped in tissue inside of a thick cardboard sleeve and water-resistant envelope. These are printed on-demand, so please allow a 2 week turnaround from order to arrival. If you'd like pricing on a different print size, please contact me in a conversation.

GICLEE PRINTS: My professional printing company uses Somerset Velvet Fine Art Paper (a heavyweight, acid-free, 100% cotton rag paper with light texture). The radiant white of the paper allows for exceptionally vibrant color- which is really important to me since I love color so much. :) The print is archival and museum-quality with a light fastness rating of 100 years.

CONFIRMATIONS/INSURANCE: I provide complimentary delivery confirmations on orders over $20 in value (before shipping). Delivery confirmation tracking is only available in the US, and tracking numbers are provided to you via email. Insurance is added for orders of $300 or more. If you are interested in insurance on an order less than $300, please contact me for pricing.

ONE-OF-A-KIND PAINTINGS & LIMITED EDITION PRINT INFORMATION:
As part of my continuing quest to make original, affordable art available to everyone, all my original paintings with a sale price of less than $500 (and those completed prior to 2010) are one-of-a-kind pieces, meaning I will never create or sell prints of them.

Original cityscapes with a sale price of $500 - $999 USD will be available as 8" x 10" giclee prints in a limited edition of 100. Original cityscapes with a sale price of $1000 USD & up will be available as 11" x 14" giclee prints in a limited edition of 50. Once all of the prints in a limited edition are sold, I will never make or sell prints of them again..... ever!

WHOLESALE POLICY:
As a general rule, some of my art pieces (such as giclees and woodblock art) are available for wholesale orders at a discount of 30% with a minimum order of 10 items.
