About

My name means "true image," which is awesome because I'm addicted to art.

My name is Veronica, which means “true image” in Latin. I learned this after a childhood of loving to draw and create. I love art and language, and am enamored with the idea that my calling just happens to fall in line with my name. I graduated from Biola University’s Torrey Honors Institute (an Oxford style great books program) with a BA in Film, specifically screenwriting.

I’m rather addicted to trying my hand at making new things, which can make my style a little on the eclectic side. I create whatever catches me in the moment, whether it’s with paint, dictionary pages, yarn, paper, fabric, pastels, or words. I especially love designs that are inspired by Art Nouveau (especially Alphonse Mucha), Indian motifs, industrial vintage images (like old typewriters and cameras), birds, and turn-of-the-century botanical prints. See…I told you I was eclectic.

I love getting requests for custom items, so if there’s something in my shop you like but it isn’t precisely what you’re looking for, feel free to convo me. Chances are I’d love to make what you’re looking for.
