I’m changing my review after talking with Abby. After I had canceled my order she did give a full refund but she contacted me to explain why I had never received my order. She even went a step further and created what I had originally ordered. I was incredibly touched and grateful to her for this.

Was difficult getting out of the shipping tube, and thought I was going to tear it. Had to completely rip the tube apart, but finally got it out and it looks great!

Never shipped my product. Reached out and waited for even a quick response as to why.. never messaged me. In the end after escalating, got a full refund with an explanation.

I couldn't get a picture before sending it with friends but it was beautiful and exactly what I asked for! And came just in time for when I needed it!

This was a custom gift order for a group of colleagues. I truly appreciated the attention to the little things, willingness to work with my ideas and the quick turnaround on a large, very detailed order. The people who received these maps as gifts were so thrilled and are already planning to purchase their own custom maps for gifts in the future.
