I must charge PA sales tax, for shipments within PA, unless you are able to include your PA Resale ID information.
I DO COMBINE SHIPMENTS. IF THE ITEMS CAN SHIP TOGETHER, when I pack, I do the best possible job for you for the best price! We use USPS services, with only rare exceptions.
Please note that the shipping cost provided based on the Etsy provided USPS calculator that depends on an accurate zip code. If we charged you too much for shipping costs (over-estimated the weight for the box used), a refund is issued back to your account for amounts over $2 once we print your shipping label.
Refunds and Exchanges
The majority of what I sell is antique, old, vintage and/or used, and will have imperfections and flaws, unless stated otherwise.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no refunds as a general rule. I will accept refunds with a valid reason as described below. Please note this doesn't include if you changed your mind or what's called "buyer's remorse" If I make a gross misrepresentation of an item, I will accept returns:
(1) after immediate contact on receipt,
(2) my agreement there is a problem and,
(3) my authorization for the prompt return within 3 days of agreement (Delivery Confirmation is recommended for any package return).
Any return should be in the original condition as you received it from me. I don't refund shipping or insurance for the return.

Additional policies and FAQs
If you wish to have insurance added to your package, please contact us and we'll make the adjustment (this includes purchases of more than $100 in one package via USPS).
If you wish a different service than USPS, we must add the fees we are charged for PICK-UP AT OUR HOME.
This is a rural community and there are no available UPS or FedEx drop-offs or packing serivces locally.
The only exception is a small flat package that will fit in their services boxes in our town area that we can handle without a fee.
