Announcement   Welcome to Indigo Blue Studios... Home of Indigo Blue Jewelry (sold in this shop) and curator and purveyor of Indigo Blue Vintage... please visit my other Easy page! (https://www.etsy.com/shop/IndiBluVintage)

Most of my life, I have been one to wander and pick up natural items that catch my eye. I can spend hours (and often do), perusing my favorite beaches for sea glass, polished stones, shells, driftwood and/or anything else that catches my eye. I am also an avid rockhound and love picking up rocks, stones and minerals from wherever I travel. In fact, I make it a practice to pick up at least one stone from every place I visit. The process makes me feel grounded and connected to nature and I find the hours and hours of "looking" to be very cathartic.

My ideas and inspiration come from nature and the time I spend outdoors... l especially love my sea and geological findings and many of them either inspire me or appear in my work. Most of my "found" objects come from Martha's Vineyard, Cape Cod, FL, CA, WA, St. John USVI, Lake Michigan or Italy (so far!)

All of my pieces contain natural elements, including everything mentioned thus far, plus semi-precious stones, a few precious stones, fresh water pearls and precious metals like silver, gold, brass and copper. I also like to re-purpose findings, incorporating them into unique pieces of jewelry.

While some of my pieces are similar to each other and perhaps even other artist's, the pieces I love most are my one-of-a-kinds (which are the majority). When you purchase a piece of jewelry from me, it is not mass produced. A lot of time, thought and effort goes into every piece I make. From spending 8 hours on a beach just to find that PERFECT stone, to the time it takes to drill the hole, polish it, wrap it in wire and/or add other complimentary elements. I'd like to think my pieces come from good energy and therefore, give off good energy to the wearer.

I also like to think that we can get energy FROM the stones I use. While there is no scientific evidence to date, I'd like to think I've experienced certain properties of the stones I wear and/or carry. Often, you will find the suggested healing properties and/or symbolism of each stone used in the description of the piece. I spend a lot of time researching this and trying to create pieces that are not only beautiful, but can also help to heal or help with physical, mental and psychological hurdles.

I welcome custom orders... just convo me and let me know what types of stones you like, what colors, what materials (stone, glass, shells, crystals, pearls, etc.) and I'll create a one-of-a-kind, gorgeous piece for you.

Refunds and Exchanges
All items are non-refundable. HOWEVER...
