Returns and Refunds

No refunds or returns will happen if the product matches the description and pictures on-site.

If you receive your item and there is something wrong with it, even a small problem, please let me know! Sometimes while in the middle of working I fail to see imperfections in the items. If the item has a fault that I missed, I will happily replace it for you.

Refunds may be given on a case by case basis depending on the situation, please contact me at Biz@sebresos.com if you have any concerns.

Cancelation

If you find for some reason that you must cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible, and I will cancel it. However, if I have already packed and prepared your order for shipping before you ask, I will not be able to cancel it for you.

Damaged Items for US Customers

I understand that shipping and mail-carriers (as well as myself) make mistakes, and it's not the customer's fault. If you receive your product and it is damaged or irreparable, you may return it and I will send you a replacement at no extra cost. You can receive one replacement per order; the original order arrives to you broken, you send it back, and I send you a new one. If that new one also arrives broken I will not be able to replace the replacement, sorry!

Damaged Items for International Customers

I understand that shipping and mail-carriers (as well as myself) make mistakes, and it's not the customer's fault. If you receive your product and it is damaged or irreparable, you may return it; however depending on the size of your order you will have to pay postage for me to send you a new product. I will cover replacement shipping costs if they are $15 or lower. Replacement postage greater than $15 is the customer's responsibility. Please keep this in mind when making big orders internationally.

Package Never Arrived

If your package never arrived there can be two reasons for it: either the mail carrier lost it, or it got returned to me.

If the mail carrier lost it, I will claim insurance on the package and I can either get you a new item or refund you the money.

If your package is returned to me because it was never claimed or you gave me the wrong address, I will charge you the shipping price once more to get it back to you, since it was a mistake on your end for either not claiming it or giving me the wrong address initially.
