Welcome to TSINGANOS and my shop. I have been illustrating for over 20 years and in that time have amassed a huge number of images that I'm thrilled about making available to you, the general public, primarily as Giclee prints and then later as other products as the shop grows. I have sold many of the originals in the past but I'm not pursuing that avenue with this shop. If, however, you are interested in purchasing one of the original pieces you can contact me to discuss it's availabilty and price.
These giclee prints are of a superb quality and are produced professionally using fade resistant inks on MUSEOMAX 250gsm paper, by Crane & Co, America's premier paper maker. It is a high cotton rag content archival quality paper which is the ultimate for fine art prints.
Working closely with the printer to ensure the colour accuracy and integrity of each image is maintained, the result is that owning one of these prints is as close to owning the original as possible, only far more economical.

Payment
Payments accepted are PAYPAl and direct wire transfer into my account. Once the payment has been received and processed the piece will be printed, packed and shipped.
Shipping
All prints are single rolled between acid free tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy crush proof mailing tube.
All shipping is done with standard post so allow 2-3 weeks delivery time depending on customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
All prints are produced on a per order basis and so ordinarily no refund or exchange is offered. We take great pains to ensure the quality of each print and to pack it accordingly so that it arrives at it's destination safely and unblemished. We are aware however that we are dealing with the postal service and that despite our efforts things can sometimes not go according to plan.
Should the print arrive damaged please let us know promptly and then return it to us. Once we have received it we will send out a new one.
If the print fail to turn up after a period of 4-5 weeks, again let us know and we will track it for you, send out another or refund you the money, depending on your choice.
