The shop owner was very friendly and easy to work with. The monogram was a little less sturdy than I imagined but I do really like it, I'll just need to be extra careful as it's fragile. I would definitely order in advance of your wedding date as shipping takes a little bit longer but overall I am happy with my purchase!

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the sign! We do wish you would have reached out to us as we would have been happy to work with you on a solution if your sign was damaged during transit. We tried to contact you but did not receive a response. Our signs are designed & printed in our studio. We print on #110 quality card stock & use high quality satin ribbon. We always send a proof prior to printing to make sure the design looks exactly how you would like prior to printing! We package our signs using no-bend envelopes & chipboard to help prevent bending. We are always willing to have an open dialogue with our customers if something does not arrive safely and as expected. xoxo, Tara

My name is Tara, proud owner & designer of Avenue Twenty-One. Or, affectionately (I think) called Head Diva around here in the studio. I have a love affair with gorgeous clothes, fabulous parties, paper & diet coke. Unfortunately, I have found, on more than one occasion that paper & Diet Coke don't mix, but they try to get along because they both know that without either ... I wouldn't make it through my day. I love the Hollywood Regency style, animal print, the color pink and anything that sparkles. (Diamonds or glitter... I'm like a kid... Ohhhhh Shiny!) Sometimes I think I am the luckiest woman in the world because I found the love of my life, Mr. K., who is SO supportive, even if his man cave has been taken over by glitter & rhinestones... along with the rest of our home! We have 2 amazing dogs (did I mention I am an animal lover?)... and okay - actually we have one amazing dog and one kind of bossy one. I love my business and put my heart and soul into every design I do... but tend to march to the beat of my own drum which is why I need a super amazing, funny, relaxed team to keep things rolling smoothly.

Our handpicked team of Diva's all have a great eye for design, are fun to work with and pretty much will knock your socks off every time - it's just what we do! We know that you get one shot to make an amazing impression. We take pride in our work and our goal is to make YOU look good!

Custom designs are our specialty and the listed items are only the tip of the iceburg as far as what we can offer you. We work hard to make sure that we respond to all questions within 48 hours, but due to the large numbers of inquiries and questions we receive on a daily basis, it may be a little bit longer.

Avenue Twenty-One offers stationery & product design, wedding invitations, laser cut designs, business branding & styled stock photography. Our full service design studio is located in a 2200 square foot retail space that houses our very own designs + our favorite stationery, gifts & curated clothing collections.

::::: PAYMENT PLANS :::::
For larger orders over $300 we do accept payment plans. Please note that while design work can be started with your initial deposit payment, NO printing or assembly will done until the payment plan is complete.

We start processing your order within 24 hours of payment. If you have ordered a non-personalized order, cancelations must be made within 24 hours.

For personalized/custom orders, we add you to our calendar as soon as payment is received. We are unable to accept cancellations at that time. If you purchased a design deposit ($100) and choose to cancel your order, your deposit will be forfeited.
We ship our packages via USPS with tracking. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged once in the hands of the postal service.

Insurance is not purchased for most items. Please let us know if you would like to purchase insurance for your items.

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS PLEASE NOTE: For International orders (including Canada) - a tracking number is not always available with Priority Mail.
If you would like your order to include tracking, you must upgrade your shipping to Express. You will be charged accordingly for this upgrade.

Avenue Twenty-One ships all over the world! We do our best to calculate shipping times for our International clients but circumstances may arise, making it difficult to track your package and give exact time frames. We encourage our overseas clients to purchase well in advance to ensure you receive your order on time. Please know that Avenue Twenty-One will not attempt to fraudulently alter the customs forms. You are purchasing merchandise and we will mark accordingly. You will be responsible for any international customs fees that may be assessed.
Refunds and Exchanges
We strive for each of our clients to be 100% happy with their purchase. We do our best to ensure that everything that goes out of our studio is something we are proud of! However, our items are handmade by us right here in the studio so errors may occur from time to time. If this error is our fault - we will gladly work with you to make things right!

For all custom printed items, a proof will be emailed to you for approval generally within 5 business days of purchase. We will certainly do our best to ensure all information is exactly as supplied to us during the proofing process and will always run a basic spell check. If we do spot any errors, we will let you know. It is the clients responsibility to give final approval to the proof, and we cannot be held responsible for any errors found after printing.

As with all digital designs and printing, colors will vary from monitor to monitor and slight variations may occur when printing. We cannot be held responsible for any of these variations.

Due to their digital nature, refunds are not provided for printable items or instant download.
Additional policies and FAQs
Your purchase lets us know that you have read, understand and accept all of our policies. Our policies are in place to help us work efficiently and one on one with each of our clients. If you have any questions regarding any of our policies, please ask prior to purchase.

Because we work to give each customer the attention they deserve, our availability will vary from week to week. Please review individual product listings for estimated time frames. We do accept Rush orders should you need your product sooner (Contact us for availability).

Please note: From time to time, depending on the amount of orders we receive and rush orders, there may be a slight delay in shipping your order. If for some reason there will a shipment delay longer than one week, we will email you as soon as possible to make arrangements.

To get added to our design calendar, we do require a $100 design deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. If for any reason you decide to cancel your order, the deposit will not be refunded. Upon purchase, we will reserve your spot on our production calendar. Your deposit will be applied towards your final balance. For large orders, we do accept payment plans; however, the balance must be paid prior to any production being started.

::::: PROOFS :::::
For custom printed items, a digital proof will be sent via an Etsy conversation. For most items a proof will generally be emailed to you within 5 business days. (Time may vary slightly based on our current production schedule.)

Please note that our proofing process and times frames depend on our clients timely responses. We anticipate an average of 3-5 business days for the proofing process per client once initial proof is received. Should we not hear from you within 3 business days of one of our designers contacting you, your order will be placed to the back of our queue and the original delivery time frame discussed will no longer be valid.

For rush orders, an average of 1-2 business days for proofing is anticipated. Approval taking longer than this will delay the original time frame discussed.

For all of our designs, you will receive 3 complimentary rounds of revisions. For the vast majority of our clients, this is more than enough revisions; however, should you need additional changes we can certainly do so. Each additional change after the three rounds will result in an additional $25 design fee.

We LOVE when our clients have ideas regarding their designs. If you have a particular font or graphic you are interested in - let us know! We are more than happy to create a custom look for you. Please note that depending on the graphic requests or font requests additional fees may occur depending on licensing information.

In a time crunch? We can usually accommodate rush orders--please contact us prior to placing your order if you need your item rushed. Rush orders will be subject to a rush fee. These fees vary depending upon the item, quantity needed, amount of customization, etc. Please contact us if you are interested in placing a rush order and we will be happy to assist you in determining the fees and setting up a reserved listing for you to purchase.

The design is finished, the balance is paid…Now you sit back, relax and leave the magic to us! Your items will be expertly (and lovingly) made. Production time will vary based on quantity, intricacy of design and number of components.

Most listings can be fully customized to your needs, including quantities, fonts, and colors. Additional charges may occur depending on the customization needed. Please ask if you have any questions.

Avenue Twenty-One takes your event details seriously and communication is absolutely key during the process in order to achieve your vision from conception to finish. Because of this, we will only work with the original purchaser. We do not accept communication from third parties. All proofs will be sent to the original purchaser for approval. This protects you as a buyer against any privacy issues and protects Avenue Twenty-One against any communication confusion.
