Each item I make is something that I love and would carry myself. I hope you love them as much as I do!
I have been sewing for over 30 years and each item is is sewed by me in my non smoking and pet friendly home. I think picking and combining the fabric and lining is one of the funnest parts of creating a bag.
Please note that customers are responsible and should check before they purchase to make sure the taxes, fees, customs, etc are within their budget. I really have no way of knowing what the taxes and import fees are for countries other than the United States.

It's sturdy and well-made and has more than enough room for all of my cards and coins and cash. I love this wallet. It was definitely worth the wait. It's my favorite wallet that I've ever had. 5 out of 5 starsI love this wallet! It is very durable and expertly sewn. It is quite large, but it holds everything I need it to and fits nicely into my messenger bag. It’s even prettier than the pictures, the interior is a combination of mermaid scales and sea foam green fabrics. I highly recommend this seller and will purchase from them again in the future.

Just me and my one person sweat shop....
I have been sewing since I was about 8 years old. I started out with hand embroidery and worked my way up from there. When I was in 6th grade I used to race home from school to beat my mom and dad home from work so I could get some sewing time on my mom's Singer. That year I made my mom a shirt for Mother's day and she proudly wore it to work although I suspect that one sleeve was a little lopsided.
I sewed on and off through middle school and high school and made a lot of my own clothes. After college I got married, moved all over the country and overseas, and learned how to sew on a 1938 White that my husband's grandmother gave me. Boy that thing gave a whole new meaning to "portable". I got braver, I mastered button holes, I conquered zippers and ruffles, I made prom dresses for my little sister and a wedding dress for my sister in law and clothes for our daughter. At Christmas time I had requests for flannel shirts for my husband and brothers and flannel pj's for everyone and I sewed and I sewed.
And time marched on and I wore out a couple sewing machines. But as our daughter got older she really didn't want anything handmade and I kind of gave up on sewing for a while. But I have to say my husband always mourned those lovely flannel shirts that stayed tucked in. Ask him about them....
Life got busier and commercial clothing got cheaper and my interests shifted to stamping and beading (gotta stay up with the times right?) and my husband said NOT ONE MORE CRAFT PLEASE!
Then one day I bought my college age daughter a laptop bag and I was so disgusted when the handle ripped out after two weeks. I can do better I thought, so I got out my supply of fabric and dusted off my sewing machine. I used a free pattern I found on Pinterest and voila she had a new laptop bag. Then I sewed one for my niece and people told me how nice my bags were and that started me sewing again.
I also found that I really LOVE sewing bags. The number of bags I created was astronomical and my husband begged me to find either find somewhere to either sell them or store them (he didn't care which). So I opened this little shop on Etsy and I have been creating for others ever since and I love it.
I am usually in my "sweat shop" whenever I have a free moment (working full time really cuts into the sewing time) or the terrible Minnesota weather forces me inside; sewing on my vintage Singers creating pretty bags and wallets to share with the world.

Custom and personalized orders
Special order Items that are custom ordered or items that have fabrics that are special ordered or combination of fabrics not shown in my shop or upgraded bags, or changed sizes of bags cannot be returned or exchanged as these are one of a kind made just for you! Please make sure you are happy with the custom bag description before you purchase.
Fabric placement and measurements may vary slightly from description as each item is handmade individually.
* Special Note about custom fabrics. If requested, I will custom order fabric for you that you have found online. However, due to shipping costs and the necessity to order more fabric than needed for the item, extra charges will apply to your order. This is usually a flat fee of $10.
Refunds & Exchanges
I work hard to ensure you receive a quality item. If your item is defective, you may return non-custom items to my shop within 3 days of receiving the shipment for a refund less shipping - this includes my shipping costs for free shipping items. Message me to arrange for returns. Any returns sent without a message or okay from me will not be processed.
LOST PACKAGES
I do not refund for lost packages and I am not responsible, or refund, for items not received due to an incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct in Paypal and/or Etsy prior to purchasing. I am not responsible for loss or damage after shipment. Any loss or damage after shipment is the responsibility of the Shipping Company.
