SHIPPING
All orders are shipped through USPS.

-Items are shipped within 7 days (usually much sooner but no later than) from the time payment is received.

-Length of processing time depends on current orders and specific item purchased but will not exceed 7 days.

-If you need your item in less then a week, be sure to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express Mail in order to receive the item in time. In addition, please contact me and inform me of your deadline and I will let you know if it will be possible to meet. Stating a date in 'message to seller' without upgrading your shipping option will not guarantee your items arrival.

-Please see USPS.com for questions on shipping times. We can only guarantee the shipment date, we can not guarantee delivery or arrival dates. Once it is in the hands of USPS we are no longer in control for the orders. Please refer to USPS with questions about arrival date and time with the tracking number provided in your order.

-We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in delivery, you may consider upgrading your shipping to secure insurance if this is a concern to you. Please contact me before your purchase and I can make a custom listing for you that will have insurance attached at time of purchase.

REFUND POLICY
Prior to shipping:
It you have changed your mind on the order or you feel you will not receive the item in time, a full refund can and will be issued including shipping. Please contact the shop immediately. Once the item has shipped a refund will only be issued in the form of store credit, please see below.

Once item has shipped:
Refunds are offered in forms of store credit, no exceptions. It must be requested within 21 days of the order. Items damages in the mail is not an option for a refund, please contact the post office if your item had insurance for refund through them.

For store credit:
Please ship the item back to us using the address below. It is the customers responsibility to ship the item back to us to receive store credit. Once the item is received by us in the same condition it was sent out by us, store credit will be issued. No refund will be issued for items lost in the mail.

Shipping will not be refunded once the item ships. If you wish to exchange and item, shipping must be paid to receive the new item.

The story of tucker reece by Jenna Graviss

Tucker and Reece are the maiden names of my grandmothers. My paternal grandmother Betty (Tucker) Graviss was a talented landscape artist and my maternal grandmother Virginia (Ruiz) Becerra is a fantastic seamstress, and makes beautiful crocheted creations. Both amazing women who always encouraged and inspired my creative abilities. My dream for tucker reece is to create what inspires me and hope that others will inspired by my creations as well.

I opened tucker reece was opened 2009 after finally decided to go for it and start selling my creations. I began far from where I am now but feels that I must follow my bliss in order to believe in what I sells. My prints and other creations have shipped all over the world which makes my heart happy. I feel humbled that others want to own something I have created.

I went back to school to obtain my BA in Graphic Design and it has helped improve my designs and I hope to expand on my brand once I have completed school when I will be able to focus on designs full time.

Jenna has been creative her whole life. She is hugely inspired by the Disney culture as well as fantastical stories like Alice in Wonderland and Wizard of Oz. The wonderment and the genuine message of inspiration always guides her inspiration to create and design. Her background began with Visual Communication and continues with Graphic Design.

All her creations are ever evolving and improving as she learns and grows as an artist.

LICENSING

WHOLESALE
tucker reece is excited to partner with your establishment. We offer a variety of our products in addition to custom creations that would be exclusive to your shop. Wholesale prices are offered with licensed shop or those on a production basis. Please read our wholesale terms & conditions below. If you are interested in carrying tucker reece items in your shop or adding them to a product of yours, please contact us at info [!at] tuckerreece.com. MINIMUM ORDER
Our requirements are $150 for first time opening orders and $100 for return orders. Quantity minimums are 3 per product. All can be negotiated depending on agreed terms.

ORDERING
Orders are placed by email at jgraviss [!at] gmail.com

PRODUCTION
All orders are made to order and started once order is received. Production time depends on order and quantity. Terms for estimated time can be negotiated to meet your needs.

SHIPPING
All orders ship via USPS once production is complete.

PAYMENT
New accounts must pay for their order upfront, prior to shipping. We accept payments by check, money order, PayPal, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Returned checks are subject to $20 fee. Orders paid by check will only ship once check has cleared.

RETURNS
We issue a full refund for all stock items (not custom orders) before the item has shipped.

Once shipped, we accept returns on all items when it's returned to us. All returns must be requested within 7 days to receive a refund, shipping will not be refunded and it will be the customers responsibility to ship the item back to us to receive the refund. Once the item is received by us in the same condition it was sent out by us, the return will be processed. No refund will be issued for items lost in the mail.

Custom orders and digital files are non refundable.
