Hi there! Here are all the shop policies and fine print for purchasing Tudor Designs' merchandise. Basically, I want all of my customers to love what they purchase and I'll try to make the experience as easy and as enjoyable as possible!

Accepted payment methods

Paypal Visa Mastercard American Express Discover Apple Pay Klarna Giftcard
Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I stand behind my products and if for any reason you are unsatisfied, I will accept returns within two weeks of delivery. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item, minus shipping fees. This policy applies to tangible goods only, not digital downloads. There are NO refunds on digital items.
Payment
I accept PayPal and Money Orders. All purchases made with Money Orders will ship after payment is received.

Other: I'm also open to trades. My policy is, it never hurts to ask!
Shipping
All items are beautifully packaged with plenty of TLC and recycled materials whenever possible.

I will ship anywhere in the world, just convo me before you click "buy now" so I can figure out the exact shipping costs for your country.

Small items will ship 1st Class Mail unless otherwise noted. Let me know if you would like to add insurance or upgrade shipping. If the shipping amount is significantly different than the estimated shipping costs, I will issue a refund or invoice via paypal.
