All blocks are original drawings, hand-drawn & hand-carved in low relief on 3/4" birch plywood woodblocks. Tugboat Printshop's studios are located in Pittsburgh, PA (Lawrenceville). Packages are shipped U.S.P.S. PRIORITY MAIL. Express delivery available on request; additional fees apply. A shipping confirmation with tracking e-mails when prints are dropped off for shipment at the post office.
Tugboat Printshop ships on Fridays; orders ship within 1-5 days, unless otherwise noted. >>>PLEASE NOTE: Shipping timings have been default extended by a week to accommodate current times--I am happy to to fast-track shipments if you need a print to arrive quickly and/or hold a print for longer if you're on vacation, just be in touch!
T.B.P.S. trusts the U.S.P.S. to deliver your package in great condition and on schedule. If your order is taking an unusually long time to arrive or arrives damaged, please be in touch.

International orders ship U.S.P.S. PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL AIR MAIL or U.S.P.S. ECONOMY INTERNATIONAL MAIL. Express delivery available on request; additional fees apply. A shipping confirmation with tracking e-mails when prints are dropped off for shipment at the post office.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for International delivery. Intl. Express delivery is approx. 3-6 days.
PLEASE NOTE: International customers may be required by local post office to pay additional fees/tarriffs/customs duties. We are not responsible for these charges, and they are not included in the price of your order.
