The seller hand crafted a beautiful basket. Not exactly to specifications, but the seller made sure she could make a quality basket that would be sturdy.

I ordered this adorable doxie for my niece who will be turning one. I loved that I was able to customize it to my liking by choosing from an array of different fabrics. I absolutely love how the doxie turned out. It is even cuter in person!! I cannot wait to give it to my niece. It is beautifully stitched! Marta was very pleasant to work with as she responds quickly to emails, made the product and shipped it all within a week! I cannot wait to order one for myself next! Thank you!

Tuka Ltd. accepts payments made through PayPal, which allows you to pay directly from your PayPal account or with credit or debit cards. Paying with PayPal is quick, easy, and safe! If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be instructed on how to pay when you check out through the PayPal website. We do not accept checks or money orders. Sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to Nebraska. As per Etsy's policies, payment is expected within three (3) days of checkout. If payment is not received in within the 3-day time period then we will cancel your order and relist the item.
In stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If you would like the item sent to someone else, please change the name and address in PayPal when you check out, and let me know if you would like me to send a note along with the package, which we will happily do for no charge. We are happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases.

For orders in the US, shipping will be by USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on what is more economical. If you desire your item sooner, please contact me about other shipping options. International orders will ship via USPS International First Class.

We do like to recycle some shipping materials whenever possible, provided they are clean and will protect your item in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us! Please contact us if you are in any way unsatisfied with your order. We will refund shipping charges only on defective items. The item must be returned in the condition in which you received it (e.g. in re-saleable condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, with no cigarette or other odors, alterations, etc.). We will not give refunds for items that have not been returned to us.

You must notify us prior to returning an item so that it will not be returned to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase to make refund or exchange arrangements. In the case of all returns or exchanges, the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Your refund will be posted once we safely receive the returned item.
Unfortunately, returns and refunds cannot be given on custom orders.
