Welcome! Tulimami is the place where my ideas take shape, where my colored world becomes palpable. I used different materials, expecially wood, and I paint every single item by hand with premium quality acrylic paint. Every item is unique and made with love, fantasy and accuracy. Please, before buying, read carefully shop policies and if you have any question, feel free to contact me.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

Feedback: I hope my customs will be always satisfied, if there's any problem with one of my item, please contact me before leaving a negative feedback and we'll together solve the problem. Your satisfaction is very important to me, so I'll do my best to get it!
I can exchange items if you send it back to me within one week from its arrival. Shipping fees aren't refundable.
I do not accept returns for a refund, I'm no more responsable once the item is shipped.
I do the safets package and I'm not responsable for any damage or lost occurred during the shipping.
If you choose secured shipping, in case of loss, I refund the payment or send a similar item.

Payment

via Paypal only. Paypal is easy, fast and safe. You can safely pay via Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account. When you order an item, you just have to clic the Paypal option and you'll be automatically addressed to a secure page where you can choose to pay using debit or credit card.
All prices and bills are expressed in euro.
If I don't receive the payment in 3 days, I'll cancel your order and relist the item.

Shipping

Items are shipped from Italy via national or international mail. Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. I ship to the address of your Etsy form, if you need a shipping to a different address, please let me know before the payment.
I ship by regular mail. If you prefer a secured shipping, please let me know before the payment so I can give you the additional rate.
I provide the safest package and I'm not responsable for any damage or loss occurred during the shipping (please read refund policy too)
Please note that I am not responsible for any duties or customs fees for international orders: they are sole responsibility of the buyer.
