Renée was the sweetest throughout the entire process of making it, she kept me updated and made sure I got what I wanted. It was very enjoyable to talk to her! The hat feels extremely high quality and I can't wait to wear it everywhere! It's also such a good price for a handmade item with so much care put into it. Definitely very happy with my purchase! <3

Custom and personalized orders
Etsy custom orders listed on Tulip Fairy Stitchery or requested otherwise, will be made within 6-7 weeks if not sooner.
What kind of environment are the items made in?
All items are handmade in a clean environment, free of smoke, dander, dust and pollen. As soon as the item is made, it is photographed then sealed for purchase.
Unopened returns
If you received your package and did not open the inner packaging then you saw you ordered the wrong color, or the wrong size, I will accept a return for the correct color or size for you. If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them.
How do I choose the correct fit for a hat?
Hat sizing for hats.
Circumference: Measure around your head, above your ears.
Length: Measure the top of your head to about 1 to 2 inches below your ear. Children are usually under 7.5 inches, Teens are usually around 8 inches and Adults are usually over 8 inches.
Hats that are longer, will give you more flexibility to roll your brim up once or twice or let it hang down behind you. Also, most people like hats to cover their ears.
