Hey, I can make my OWN jewelry!

TulipGifts came about after a rather lackluster bracelet fix by a jewelry store, to a purchased jewelry piece of mine that did not survive the washing machine. My response was, "I could have done THAT!" A friend, very supportive of my ranting and raving, replied "Why don't you?" So I did.

My first pieces were bracelets and special order rosaries for friends and family. After exhibiting at local fairs, festivals, and farmers' markets, I decided to open an online store. I discovered the fun of Etsy after a great referral.

Not wanting to leave a possibility unexplored, I started a new Etsy shop specifically to cater to crafters. I have done fairly well with TulipSupplies over the past few years.

After a hiatus in the TulipGifts shop, I decided to come back with some more pieces in time for the 2012 holiday season. It's nice to be back!

Returns and exchanges
Please contact me if any items become damaged with normal and acceptable wear. I will be glad to fix or correct any issues within a year of purchase. Contact me anytime with questions or issues on this.

If you don't like something, please let me know why, and send the item back per the instructions in my reply. I will offer a refund of the item or an exchange for another shop item, depending on the circumstances.

If an item is damaged upon receipt, please let me know immediately and we will work out a replacement or credit, per our conversation.
Payment
In addition to Direct Checkout and PayPal, I will accept personal checks and money orders; however, I will wait to ship item(s) until payment has cleared.
Shipping
USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, depending upon order size.
Each customer will receive an email from the shop once the purchased item(s) has shipped, along with a USPS tracking number.

Please contact me if you need insurance, would like faster shipment, or shipment via another method. I will create a reserved listing with your preferences.

Items (especially glass/fragile) will be wrapped with bubble wrap or clean, reusable tissue paper for extra protection. I will mail out your item(s) in either a plastic bubble-lined mailer, or a Priority Small Flat Rate box.

Please note for items shipping outside the United States: You are responsible for any custom or duty fees for importing a shipment into your country. Rules and fees vary widely by country, and I cannot account for each individual situation.
I will mark all customs forms as "Merchandise" ONLY, this will protect both parties when/if a package is opened for inspection.

I will update and revise these policies as necessary. I have had success with my items, and with selling on Etsy. I want to make sure you, the customer, are happy!
