Returns and exchanges
Please contact me immediately if there is a problem with your order. If there is some flaw with your product I am eager to resolve that problem. Please do not leave negative feedback if you have not contacted me. I am very easy to work with and eager to solve the problem!

*most baby items DO wear out eventually and epecially with heavy use or frequent washing. I will not replace or refund items that have already been used or washed unless you can provide me with sufficient evidence that there was a significant flaw in the construction of your item.

I do not do refunds unless there is a situation that warrants it. If you decide that you should not have spent money on a particular item, I leave it to you to either keep the item or sell it to another 3rd party to make up for your losses.
Please make your payment as soon as possible so that I may ship your item ASAP. If payment is not made within 1 week I reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If the payment takes addtional time to clear, I am happy to wait but will not ship your item until it clears.

I may require 50% down on custom orders before I begin making your item(s).
Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment, but in most cases I will ship sooner. Allow an additional week for any made-to-order items (see product description), but once again I will generally comlete them within a shorter time frame.

I ship via USPS ground. If you would like insurance or expedited shipping please let me know. Additional charges may apply.

It is up to the customer to add insurance or tracking, if desired. If you choose not to add insurance and the package does not arrive due to a postal error, it is not my responsibility to replace that item.

I am happy to gift wrap and write a special note for gifting purposes upon request. This service is free of charge. Please write a note to the seller or contact me with the details of your request.
