Welcome to my world of Art & Creativity

Hi! I'm Jules Madden and I live and work in West Gippsland, Victoria, Australia. I work as an illustrator, but also sell handmade goodies and artwork as well.
I am here to bring colour to your world! I love fellow colour lovers, and am here to help you on your brave and bold journey of adding more colour to your life! We all love colour when it comes to a bunch of flowers; so lets not be shy about colour in our houses!
I've heard from a few friends that they get bolder with colour in their own houses after they visit my home and studio, and I'm SO happy I can do this and am slowly spreading my infectious love for colour! Yay!

Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 7 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Payment
I accept Paypal payments, credit card payments, cheques, money orders and direct bank deposit.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal.

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
Shipping
If your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, I can include a personal message card from you for no extra cost. If you would like this service please let me know what you would like me to write in the "Note to Art by Jules Madden" during checkout. Small items such as accessories and soft sculptures are always gift wrapped.

All items are carefully packaged and posted within 2 business days. I ship from my home country Australia. Packages shipped internationally are done so via airmail and may take up to 2- 3 weeks. It's usually quicker and packages often arrive within a week.

I am not liable for any customs fees or import duties that your country of origin charges. Please also make yourself familiar with your country's customs laws as I cannot be held responsible for a refused package. If the item is returned to me in it's original condition I can refund your payment for the item, but I am not liable for the postage fees due to a customs law issue.

All items are sent by standard service using Australia Post which is a very reliable service. If you wish to upgrade to an express service or get your package insured, please contact me and I can arrange this.

I do combine shipping costs, please contact me so I can make you a custom listing to get the best value price for your shipping cost for multiple items.

Custom orders and commissions are welcome and take around two weeks depending on the item.
You may see something you like in my shop but it's not quite the right size or colour to suit. I would be happy for you to contact me to discuss possibilities. Please contact me for availability, cost & time frames.
