We are excited to partner with an amazing fabric shop, hawthornesupplyco.com to bring you an exciting variety of beautiful fabrics to create custom, personalized neckties, bow ties, pocket squares and sashes for your wedding!

We have over 10 years experience selling on ETSY and have created hundreds of custom accessories for wedding parties all over the world.

COMMUNICATION
I check my convos 3 mornings per week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I make every attempt to reply to your communication within 24-36 hours. If you have an urgent need please feel free to send me another convo at any time. Customer service is very important to my business!

PAYMENT
I use both Pay Pal and Credit Cards for payment. Please pay within 5 days of purchase on your order will be cancelled. Be sure to check the address in your Pay Pal account, unless you specifically state otherwise all packages will be mailed to your Pay Pal address. I add sales tax to all California orders.

SHIPPING
All Tux and Tulle merchandise comes wrapped in a cellophane bag with an attractive Tux and Tulle sticker. All domestic orders regardless of size and weight will be mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail with tracking information provided.

Most International orders will be shipped via USPS International First Class mail. Custom orders will be assigned a ship date through a Convo. Non-custom orders will ship 7-10 days from payment. If you need a quicker ship time please convo me to check.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
I understand a custom tie order for your wedding is a big commitment. If you would like to order 1 necktie to check the quality, weight and other features I will happily refund the cost of the tie as long as you pay for ALL shipping costs. Custom Orders may be refunded depending on the fabric used, and there will be a 25% restocking fee.
