Hi! Thanks so much for visiting Tux and Tulle. Customer service is of the utmost importance to our business, please feel free to contact me with any possible questions.
I use both credit cards and Pay Pal for payment. Please pay within 5 days of purchase on your order will be cancelled. Be sure to check the address in your Pay Pal account, unless you specifically state otherwise all packages will be mailed to your Pay Pal address. I add sales tax to all California orders.
All Tux and Tulle merchandise comes wrapped in a cellophane bag with an attractive Tux and Tulle sticker. All domestic orders regardless of size and weight will be mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail with tracking information provided. Most International orders will be shipped via USPS International first class mail.

I understand a custom tie order for your wedding is a big commitment. If you would like to order 1 necktie to check the quality, weight and other features I will happily refund the cost of the tie as long as you pay for ALL shipping costs. Convo me with a request.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I check my convos 3 mornings per week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I make every attempt to reply to your communication within 24-36 hours. If you have an urgent need please feel free to send me another convo at any time. Customer service is very important to my business!
