Welcome! All items are hand-printed (and cut and folded and sewn and embroidered) by yours truly. I usually list of one of each item, but more are available if you'd like to buy multiple quantities and save on shipping—just convo me. I'm also happy to personalize any item or even combine elements of different designs (fonts, graphics, colors, etc.).

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I accept returns on non-customized items that are in original condition. If you'd like to make a return, send me a convo or email to let me know, and once I receive the item, I'll refund you the purchase price, minus shipping costs. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Returns must be received within 2 weeks (14 days).

For personalized orders, I'll send you a PDF so you can proof the design before it's printed. I'll work with you to make it 100% perfect, but due to their custom nature, personalized items cannot be returned after receipt. I don't send a PDF for orders where a buyer has selected a color from my color chart unless they specifically request it.
Payment
I accept payment through PayPal, which must be received within 3 days after purchase. If payment is not received, your order may be canceled. Your receipt is automatically emailed through PayPal, so I do not include a printed receipt unless one is requested. Please note: You don't actually have to have a Pay Pal account to pay by credit card through Pay Pal. If there are any updates that need to be made to your order (customization, rush shipping, multiple quantities, etc.) please let me know before sending your payment, that way I can send you an updated invoice through Pay Pal.

TAXES: All orders shipped to New York State addresses will be charged sales tax based on your location. (That's generally about 8%—a little more or less in some areas.) New York State buyers, please don't pay right away: I'll send you an updated invoice asap with the correct sales tax for your location. (Sorry!—gotta love our state.)
Shipping
Most items are shipped within 3 days of receiving payment. (Usually I can send orders the next day, but I can't always guarantee.) Customized stationery generally takes up to a week, depending on the level of customization required. If your order is time sensitive, let me know and I'll try to accommodate you.

Orders are shipped through USPS First Class mail and usually take 3 to 5 days to arrive. International orders are shipped through USPS First Class International and timing varies. If you need rush shipping or would like Priority Mail, please let me know in the buyer comments (before sending payment) so I can adjust the shipping price accordingly and re-invoice.

I ship to your Etsy address (in your profile) unless you include a different address in the buyer's note. If you're buying a gift, I'm happy to wrap it in my lovely hand-stamped gift wrap (at no extra cost) and send directly to the recipient. In fact, I'll even include a little note from you! Just make sure to let me know in the buyer's note when you purchase.

Please note that colors can vary on computer monitors, so they may appear differently in person. I make every effort to make my colors as exact as possible, but there may be minor differences.
