As a general rule of thumb, the vast majority of what I sell is tagged as "vintage." This means that you should expect these items to show some typical signs of wear. If you want something that looks brand new, you may not be happy with a vintage piece. That being said, I will certainly include in the post any obvious flaws to the garment.

I want every one of my customers to be happy, so please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Returns and exchanges
As a general rule all sales are final, though I will consider returns on an individual basis if you contact me within 5 days of receiving your purchase.

If I approve the return of an item for a refund, you must return the item to me at your expense. I ask that the package be insured and that the item(s) be in the same condition they were when I sent them to you. A refund will then only be given once I receive the package and have verified the condition of the garment(s).
I accept PayPal and money orders.

If you are purchasing via PayPal, please post payment within 3 days of purchase, or your order may be canceled.

If you are purchasing with a money order, please mail payment to me within 3 days of purchase. I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen money orders, so please take proper precautions (tracking, insurance) as you see fit.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing me at tweedledeevintage [!at] After 12 hours has passed I cannot accept cancellations.

Again, please let me know if you have any concerns about my payment methods, preferably before you purchase anything from Tweedle Dee.
Within the United States:
I typically ship via USPS parcel post. I will insure all items over $10.00. If you would like an item insured that is under $10.00, please contact me as soon as possible.

If you need your item shipped priority, please contact me as soon as your item(s) are purchased. There is an additional fee for priority shipping.

I will ship your package no more than 2 business days after I receive payment. You will get an email confirmation as soon as your item(s) have shipped.

International Buyers:
Although I am more than happy to ship internationally, I cannot insure any packages that I ship out of the United States, and you are purchasing at your own risk.

I will ship your package no more than 4 business days after I receive payment. You will get an email confirmation as soon as your item(s) have shipped.

Please do not ask me to mark your item as a gift. I will not do this.

You are responsible for any and all charges your own country's Post Office imposes.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please make sure that your address listed on Etsy is your current residence, as that is where I will always ship your purchases.

Also, please be aware that the pictures on my posts may not represent the true color of a garment; this is due to the fact that colors vary depending on which monitor it is viewed on and what light the photograph is taken in.

Lastly, please expect to have to wash the garment before wearing it. If the garment has a tag I will post the care instructions with the rest of the information on that piece.
