Please remember, communication is crucial to a healthy sales relationship. If you have second thoughts about an item after purchasing, please contact me as soon as possible to cancel the sale. If you have questions about the item, please do not buy it and then ask questions. ASK FIRST!

I can hold items for up to two weeks for you. Please do not purchase an item and then ask to pay later. First, ask me to hold the item for you. I feel this is fair.
Please let me know if you need an item expedited. In most cases, I ship priority mail (except international packages) but sometimes an item can be delayed in shipping.

If you would like insurance or signature confirmation added to any item, please request in notes to seller and I will send you a revised invoice.

When possible, most items ship priority mail. Any item over four pounds that is shipping internationally must ship Priority Mail International.

NOTE: In almost EVERY situation, items ship in recycled packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted and refund given for purchase amount. Return postage to be paid by buyer. Please be sure to ask any and all questions about your item before buying!

Once again, please request insurance for fragile items. I package very carefully (having learned my lesson) and the postal service is wonderful about refunding for items damaged in transit. Keep in mind that when filing a broken item claim, the postal service keeps the item in exchange for your refund!!
Additional policies and FAQs
Remember, these items are vintage and unless they are in original packaging, there are bound to be a few scuffs, dings and/or stains. I am very conscientious about noting flaws so please read each description carefully and note the pictures. If, while packaging for sale, I find another flaw I will let you know and give you the opportunity to cancel the sale. Sometimes, I will offer a discount in these situations if you still want the item.
