Returns and exchanges
Although jewelry is personal in nature, we can accept returns provided that items are not damaged or worn beyond trying on the item. (Damages occuring during shipping would be covered by insurance requested/purchased at the point of sale.) To return a jewelry item, please contact us within three business days from the time you received your item. Shipping fees, if any, unfortunately cannot be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for custom orders.
Damage and loss are covered by the shipping policies above. If the insurance is waived, we cannot be held responsible for damages and loss during the shipping process. To date we have not had any problems with lost shipments.
Custom Orders: 50% is required upfront (non-refundable) and the balance is due when we send you a photo for approval.
Your purchase will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Flat Rate/International Priorty Flat Rate unless otherwise noted. You will be sent tracking information when your order is shipped if tracking information is available. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of some of our products, we highly recommend you purchase insurance. It is a minimal cost, but protects you. Please request insurance in writing either via email or Etsy conversation at the time of purchase and you can be billed the difference.
Your purchase will be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or USPS International Priorty Flat Rate with a customs label. You will receive the customs label number as proof of shipping.
You are responsible for any customs fees. Note that there is no insurance or delivery confirmation on international shipments.
Please contact us via Etsy conversation or email regarding shipping--one way or the other if you wish to insure your purchase, which is recommended. Please contact us for insurance rates.
Also please contact us if you wish to waive insurance and, if so, the responsibility for any package arriving safely at your door will rest with you, although we have not had any problems in the past.
We reserve the right to refuse service to customers with negative feedback and to certain countries without a commitment to insurance on the purchase.
