TwelveBees is taking a short break

Loading

Note from shop owner Thank you for visiting my little shop. I’m currently taking a long-overdue break from Etsy so I can get more sleep and sew more for my family and friends!

I make organic baby wearing accessories and (more often, these days) other lovely things in my home studio in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

You can always find me on Instagram @twelvebees or teaching sewing classes in Guelph at @trianglesewing and @make1guelph.

Frequently asked questions

Why choose organic fabric?

Because you want your baby chewing on the safest material possible - no compromise!

Conventional cotton fabric uses a TON of chemicals - 25% of all pesticides in agriculture, and is made with chemical dyes and processing agents (like formaldehyde - yikes).

Organic cotton, on the other hand, is grown without harmful pesticides, printed with low impact dyes and processed without harmful chemicals, resulting in a healthier, safer product for us and for the earth.

For me, using 100% organic cotton just makes sense. Designed to be chewed on, drooled on, and nestled next to baby's sensitive skin, my drool pads are non-toxic and safe for baby, and worry-free for parents. It's all I use with my babies, so it's all I make for yours.

Will you wrap and ship a gift for me?

Absolutely!

Everything I make comes neatly wrapped with recycled kraft paper packaging, which lets your recipient know that their gift was handmade with 100% organic cotton and includes care and washing instructions. I can include a handmade, personalized card with a note from you and ship it directly to the recipient, at no extra charge. Just be sure to let me know when you check out or send me a message with the necessary information.

Custom organic drool pads make super unique and thoughtful baby shower (or just-because) gifts for new (and experienced) mamas!
