Returns and exchanges
Every picture goes through multiple quality control checks; during the printing process, during the mounting/framing process, after final packing. Should your print be damaged in shipping please contact us immediately and send us a photo of the original package and damaged print ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY.
We will process a new print for you.
Should you want to return a picture after receiving it, we will issue a refund less 25% of the purchase price and shipping cost, upon return of the undamaged item. You will be responsible for return shipping. Please contact us first for a Return Authorization Number.
